I'm having this issue where my job notifications are not be received. I'm using SMTP, do have access to the server over port 25, and no authication is enabled. I'm beginning to believe it's an issue with my installation of Backup, since I've tried multiple SMTP servers that I know are functioning correctly.
When I attempt to send a test notification from the media server I receive the standard "A test notification has been queued for delivery" message, but no message is received. I've enabled logging on notifications and this is the message writen to nsserver.log when one is sent.

The log on one of my smtp servers state that the media server connected but no messages where sent.
Has anyone seen this error before?
