Just thought I would pass this on. We've had backup exec 11d sending notifications successfully for a few months, after working out how to get it working initially, when about a week ago it suddenly stopped.
After trying several attempts to fix it I suddenly realised it stopped working around the time I was tidying up the global address list in Microsoft Exchange. Unticked the option Hide from Exchange Address List for the relevant mailbox in Exchange Manager console and hey presto, notifications are working again :)
