OS privileges for helpdesk users

Hi Backup Exec gurus,
I used Backup Exec for ages but never faced with this problem because I was always an admin on the servers.
Anyways, I've got a new helpdesk staff and I'd like to make them responsible for Backups. In order to view Backup Exec interface using Backup Exec Remote Console they have to be Admins on the server (experimented). This as you can understand is not acceptable, they should have Power Users privilege on the server at max, preferably Users.
Any idea how to setup Windows security?
It is Backup Exec 10d on Windows 2003.

Lookm into using ExecView. Depending on how you set them up, users can either view Job status, or also respond to alerts and release previously defined jobs.

They cannot howerver, create new jobs, new schedules or new media sets

ExecView is a freebie, so no extra cost. (tho I absolutely hate the v3.x version. v2.6 just ROCKED)

As far as RemoteAdmin, nope. The ID that is connecting via RemoteAdmin must be at least a local admin on the media server. Of course, if your media server is a DC, then it must be a Domain Admin account
