We have purchased Exabyte VXA-3 tape drive that includes Symantec Backup Exec Quick Start. The instructions say that I should visit http://www.symantec.com/offer to obtain a permanent license key. I did it an entered the reference code, but when I follow the registration and enter the activation key an click Continue it returns error: Invalid format for Access Code.
