Oracle Agent and Oracle Database Backup

When I try to backup my Oracle database, I can only backup the data once the remote server shuts down.  Since we are a 24/7 data center that method doesn't really workout for me.  What I was looking for with Backup Exec was capability to run hot backups of my Oracle database without the server rebooting

I currently have Backup Exec version 8.6

Remote Agent for Windows
Open File Option
Agent for Oracle Server
Intelligent Disaster Recovery
Server Edition
Remote Agent for Windows 2000/NT
