Oracle Backup Error - The system cannot find the file specified.

BE Version 12 Rev 1364 w/Hotfix 305849
Backing up Oracle 9.2 Database...we followed the procedures on forum to a T and am able to select and view the Archive Logs and Tablespace.  We verify the account has access.  I get the error below...funny thing is...the log file does not exist!  Any help...
