Partitioning a Library not working

I see the robotic library on BE 12.5, when I right click and click on configure partition nothing happens.
I don't see any devices under device pools. I see the medium changer and tape drives in the device manager.

There is a partition created on the Dell ML600 tape library with all the slots and Tape Drives.
This is a new installation, can some one help me out..

Attached a screen shot of the devices tab

Hey dude,

Load up the latest Symantec drivers (I think they're from August). Once done, install the Symantec drivers for your autoloader again, and then try repartitioning your library.
I take it this works with your Dell, but not the IBM in the screendump?

Laters!

Partitioning would not have much to do with hardware or drivers. It is just something in the Backup Exec database. So, Right click on adic1 and disable it. Delete the library. Make sure all the devices are gone. Restart services and they should reappear. Try partitioning after this. When you try delete, it may ask you to submit backup jobs to another device.

Please mark it a solution, if this is useful.
Thanks
