Run the Advanced Open File Option Wizard from Tools | Wizards as described in the error message, and adjust the settings accordingly.

Hello,

Did you follow the steps suggested in the previous mail? From the tab- Tools-wizards- AOFO wizard, what is the location for the static volume? What is the initail size of the cache file and the number of secs during which there is no disk activity?

Regarding the error that you get during the verify operation, refer to the following technote:

Title: "End of data set was unexpectedly encountered" (a00084d4 HEX or e00084d4 HEX) is reported during a verify operation.
