Printing Job Logs

I have BE 11d. I have upgraded from 10d.
Everything is working fine, except I cannot add a printer as a recipient. I got a new printer just for printing out job logs. When I went into BE to add the printer as a recipient it only showed my old printers. I have since deleted them all and tried to add this new one as both a network printer and a local printer. It doesn't show any of my printers now in BE, though I have many installed on the server. I am using the same account as the service account and have stopped and restarted the services.
Does anyone know of a registry fix or maybe some other way to do this?

Try looking at this. It's not a definitve answer but should give some ideas.

Thanks Duncan. Oddly enough, I found I can print the job logs to other printers, just not this HP1022n. So I grabbed a different printer and am now printing my job logs to that. The Symantec tech on the phone had said to try a PS printer rather than a PCL printer. But with the 1022n there appears to be only one type of driver, and it isn't designated PS or PCL.
All is well now.
