Hi Moh Johan Rajabi,
Take a look at the following article with some good information about restoring to a PST.http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH191622
Do you have the Exchange Management tools installed on the Backup Exec server? Are you restoring from tape or disk?
If the restore is coming from tape sometimes its faster and easire to do a duplicate job to disk and then try the restore again.
thanks,

Hi,
Install the Exchange Management tools on the Backup Exec media server. The Exchange Management tools need to be updated to the same level as what is installed on the Exchange server. See here for requirements for Exchange 2010 agent: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO24128
To run a duplicate job to disk see the steps in this link:http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH187265
Thanks

Hi, Yes.
make sure you have an existing backup to disk folder (go to Configure storage and create disk- based storage) then go to your storage details>right click on the backup set that you want to restore then choose duplicate.
