This appears to be access rights issue.
Please use following tips to resolve the issue.
1. Ensure that Backup EXec service account is a member of "Administrators"
group of target system. This is very important.
2. If the target system is in workgroup or in different domain , then
perform following.
a. Create an user account on the target system , which is same as the
Backup Exec service account.
b. Keep the password of this new account , same as the Backup EXec service
account.
c. Add this new user in the local Administrators group of target system
d. Create one shared folder on the target system
e. While creating the B2D folder specify the folder, which you have created
and shared.
