Problem description :
When I try to create backup jobs with a synthetic backup policy using selection lists containing volumes of Microsoft Windows servers the jobs are successfully created.
When I try to create backup jobs with a synthetic backup policy using selection lists containing volumes of Novell Netware servers I receive the following error message and none backup jobs are created :
Error found attempting to protect selection list VOLUME DATA1 FWI1 with SYNTHETIC BACKUP POLICY 0001.
Only file system resources are supported with the synthetic backup template and any associated full or incremental job templates.
The environment in wich I am working is the following :
Platform : Windows server 2003
Product : Backup Exec for Windows servers (version 10.0 , rev. 5520 , service pack 1)
File server operating system : Novell Netware 6.0
