Problem installing remote agent on 2003 server inside DMZ

Using BackupExec 10.1 Rev 5629 SP2 on Windows 2003

We would like to be able to backup data from a 2003 server that is sitting inside our DMZ. We opened ports 10000 for BE and 445, 139 for SMB in both directions. The server in the DMZ is in a workgroup where the BE server is in a domain.

We created a local account (admin rights) on the DMZ server for BE to use. When installing the remote agent with the wizard it get to 100% with the following warning.

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.

I have looked in the Knowledge Base and on the forum and haven't found what could be causing this. I looked on the DMZ server and the agent is installed but we are unable to see it in "Remote Selections"

You can disregard this post. I was able to get connected to the machine.

What I had to do was to add the server as a user defined selection in the Selection List. I also had to add the local account on the DMZ server as a Logon Account on the BE server.
