Im getting problems with backups on one server always being marked failed, yet when you check in the job log it is only a problem with one file. There is usually a "Difference encountered in file data" type error that has caused the problem. Its weird as these are ...

1 Is there a way to make Backup Exec call this Completed with Exceptions rather than failed

2 Can anyone explain how to stop the "Difference encountered in file data" error in the first place

I am running Backup Exec 11d on Windows 2003 server. Im doing a Backup to disk onto a Dell RD1000 USB SATA device
