Problem with Exchange restore on backupexec 12.5

Hi folks,

I am facing an issue with restore of mailbox on Backupexec 12.5 with exchange 2007

the following error when i am trying restore the mailbox

Error             : e00002f8 - Cannot open one or more mail messages because of unknown MAPI errors. Review the job log for more information.


Backup software version : Backup Exec 12.5 SP2

Backup server : Windows 2003

Mail Server : Exchange 2007

The backup of mail database is completd sucessfully with out any errors.

Any clue why i am getting the this error.

Probably dont have the right software installed for the restore..  

Follow this doc to make sure you have all the right software and permissions in place
