Problem with Lotus Domino Agent

Hi

I'm having some problems with Backup Exec 10.0 and the agent for Domino server.
When I try to select databases for backup, they don't enumerate.

My configuration is:

Windows 2003 Server
Backup Exec 10.0 rev 5484
Lotus Domino Agent

Lotus Domino 6.5.x installed locally on the same server.

I found a patch for Backup Exec 10.1 on the following address:
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/281295.htm

Is there a similar patch available for 10.0?

Thanks

RIckard

Hello,

You can upgrade to Backup exec 10d which is a free upgrade from 10.0. Here are the installation files:

Symantec Backup Exec (tm) 10d rev. 5629 for Windows Servers Installation Files
http://support.veritas.com/docs/279332

After the upgrade, you can install the hotfix 10 and then check the results. Revert if the issue persists.

Some of my problem has been resolved.

I have managed to upgrade Backup Exec and installed Hotfix 10, however I still can't see the active databases when i use the domino agent.

When i try to select the database, Backup Exec shows "None", but if I select databases on a drive where I have stored a copy of the database folder, it is found.
I can also see the temp database locataed on another drive.

Anyone who can assist me with this?

Thanks
