Problem with Remote Agent

Hi,
I have very strange problem. I have installed Remote Agent Service on remote machine. Then I make backup job to backup all data on selected drive (using Remote Selections/ IP Address)
If I run Test Run everything works fine (Status - Success)
but when I run real backup then can I see error message:

Backup 0007 -- The job failed with the following error: A communications failure has occurred between the Backup Exec job engine and the remote agent.
