Problem with mail restore of individual mail items

Hi everybody

hope you can help me I am trying to restore mail from a user all works fine after restore done it says it successful but the user says her mail is not appearing in her mailbox!

I am using backup exec V11d rev7170

hope you guys have an answer for me :)

When trying to restore Exchange GRT information the job is successful but no data is restored.
