Recently, I came across this issue on the server while I ensuring that all backup jobs are running and when I tried opening Symantec Backup Exec. The program starts opening but in five seconds it crashes and I received a grey box. The issue I received is in the attachment. Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Do a repair of BE through Add/Remove Programs and see if you get the same issue.

In the first screenshot looks like the C drive is low on space. If BE is installed on the the C drive try to free of some space first. After this try to repair BE and .NET 2.0

My hd have 905 MB out of 19.5 GB and I am still encountering problems with uninstalling or repairing Symantec Backup Exec also .Net 2.0 framework. Does anyone know any other way I can remove Symantec Backup Exec and .Net 2.0 SP2 from the server?
