Problems With Hyper-V Virtual Server

Hello,

I have a system running Backup exec for Windows Server 12.5, I also have the Agent for Microsoft Virtual Servers installed.  Here is my problem.   One of the virtual machines on this server is a domain controller and file server, the system is set up with 2 hard disks, the C: drive (which is the system drive) and an E: drive (this is the data for the file server).

From the Backup Exec backup job window I can see the VM without a problem, but it only shows drive C and not drive E.  Why can't I select drive E to be backed up?  This can be a serious problem.

Hi
Are you looking at the backup windows or restore window? If at backup, it seems you are not using the Virtual server agent to make the selections. As using the virtual servers agent, you should select the virtual machine and all the vhd files under it should be backed up. Please give more details.
Thanks
