Problems backing up with BE 9.1

i have been using BE 9.1 with no problems for over a year but just recently i've encountered problems with my backups. the backup stops at exactly the same byte count (257,792,062) and doesn't go any further. the tape will not eject until i reboot the server. the error log is in text only and doesn't provide too much info. i've tried several different media and the problem persists.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maby your tape is full ? What kind of Alerts do you get ?

Are you getting any media related alerts?

Try exacuting the same backup using NTbackup utility to isolate the cause of the issue.
