Problems restoring individual mail messages using Exchange Agent

Restore  goes al the way through the restore, ther errs out that communication was lost and the beremote stops.  The following is the Microsoft logged error

I have BE SP3 installed so downloaded and installed be1364R319698_32bit_319923.exe, updated the remote agent and tried again with the same errors.

Uninstall the remote agent on the Exchange server, reinstall it and see if this clears up the error. Also make sure that it's publishing to your backup server. That causes issues sometimes.
