Proper Way to Archive DLO Data

Can someone tell me the correct procedure for archiving DLO data?

I have several people who are no longer working here but I want to archive their backed up data to a DVD in case it is needed in the future, and also to save space on the drives that hold mu NUDF folders.

Sorry for the delay in my response.

I was hoping to find documentation for this but I have not had any luck.

You can simply copy the data or back it up with Backup Exec. 

You would then want to delete the user from DLO and then delete the physical data from the storage location.

If you need to retrieve any of this data, you would simply move it back to the storage location and DLO will see it.
