My Superloader 3 stopped working a couple of weeks back. It was working perfectly, nothing changed on the server.
Running on a Windows 2003 STD SP2
Backup Exec v12.0 SP3
Using Symantec Drivers
RSM is disabled.
Library and drive show up in BE, but unable to perform any tasks. I worked with Symantec Tech support for over two days, but they were useless, they were unable to help.
Anybody have any ideas? The unit has just been replaced as Quantum thought it was a problem with their unit. I even installed the unit on a different server and installed BE12 and it worked perfectly, just will not work in this server.
