Ralus 12.5 with an 11d server

I've just installed and configured a Ralus 12.5 agent on a Linux server, and then tried to backup the server with a Backup Exec 11d server. The connection to the agent failed.

Is this expected to work, or do I need an 11d version of Ralus? If I do need the 11d Ralus, where can I get hold of it? Digging around I've only found 10.1 (Q180968.BE.RALUS.10.1.5629.3.tar_279329.gz) available for download.

I would think that you can only use the 11d Ralus agent?
You can download the latest 7170 RALUS agent from Symantec website

Hmm, those download links both link to an "Access Denied" page, with no way to login.

How is one meant to download these files?

You need to download the files from fileconnect (fileconnect.symantec.com). When you enter in your serial for 11d it will give you access to the 11d downloads.
