Ready, No Idle devices are available.

Runnining 11d and backing up to USB drives (Device Folders) on Windows SBS 2003 sp2.  The drives are swapped out every day and rotated, like tapes would be.

This message "Ready, No Idle devices are available" will not go away!    This was working for 6 months, with zero issues, then it just stopped.  And now no backup job, old or new, will run.

The solution posted most often, does not apply (LoadBalancer... regedit), nor do we have any tapes of any kind.

Please advise.

Here is a note from above technote.

This is by design and at this time Backup Exec does not support swapping out Hard disk drives with either type of Backup to disk folder. Removable hard disk drives can be removed and reattached at a later time but they can not be swapped.
