Ready, no idle devices are available ??

I'm trying to backup some data to my HP LTO2 drive. I'm getting message that "no idle devices are available" on the job monitor. On the device tab there is a message drive "In use". I've got only one job. I've installed sp2 and latest symantec device drivers. I've also tried disable/enable  Removable Storage  service.

Can somebody help me ?

If the drive is showing in use and no jobs are running then something else may be querying the drive.  Is it possible to do a reboot of the server to possibly clear out whatever is trying to use it?

I have rebooted twice and again the same problem.
