Remote Agent Installs

I've got a couple of SQL servers, an Exchange server and a Sharepoint server... amongst the standard file servers etc. I have all of the appropriate licenses for Backup Exec.

Are there separate Remote Agents for each of the above? If so how do I go about getting them? Should they be part of my downloads list?

OR do they all use the same remote agent? Since upgrading to BAckup Exec 12 I dont seem to have the option to backup mailboxes on the Exchange Server, so presumed I need a different remote agent installed on it. Although it is also running the backup management software.

The SQL, Sharepoint and Exchange serials include one RAWS each.  You will still need to purchase RAWS serials for File servers

As for Exchange, as of v11, you can restore individual items from stores backups done via GRT (Granular Restore Technology), buy can still do an old-fashioned brick-level backup by specifying "Legacy Mailbox backup'  (see the Admin Guide
