Remote Agent for Novell hangs

I've just installed Backup Exec 10 on my Windows 2003 Server.
There are several Windows Remote Agents that work fine.
I added one Novell Remote agent.
The software sees the Novell server, but when you try to make a selection in backup, it hangs.
Anyone ever have any experience with this?
Is there a newer Remote Agent I should be using with this version of Netware?

As an addendum, let me say that the Remote Agent for Netware never completely finished downloading. It seemed to hang at the end of installation.
Is there a way to install the Remote Agent for netware manually?

Hello,

1. Please check the remote agent version on the sys volume in the file bkupexec\version.doc.
The latest version is 9.1 1152.4.
Note:This version is shipped with the 10.0 build.

2. You have mentioned that the Remote agent for netware never downloads please check whether it hangs on the file NDMPD.res at around 53%, if yes then disable the anti-virus

3. There is a technote to install remote agent for netware manually.please see the technote below:
