As per title really, i've tried installing the remote agent over the Network from within the application itself using "Tools, license keys and installation" and i've also tried copying the RAWS32 folder to the Windows 2000 Terminal server and installing the "Setupcaa.cmd" and still no luck. I even tried installing the agent directly from the CD installer but got an error message saying "Unable to install Microsoft Windows Installer Service" Any ideas guys?
