Reports and job logs cannot be viewed in BE 2010 R3

The email notifications come through fine withe job/report logs, but if you view them in the BE GUI the following error appears

any suggestions? I cant see any thing in the forum

Hi Lesta,

Have you tried a repair of BE by going through Add/Remove Programs?

Is your media server fully patched with SP1 for BE 2010 R3 and every other patch released after it (I think there are 4)?

It is fully patched

I just stopped the be services and also the SQL server services and restarted them

The problem is with all logs (even from months ago that were ok before.)

disk space is fine

I will try a reboot and then a repair :)

Good old Mr Reboot fixed it
go figure
