what versions of windows server are you running?
Is PC2 a test server that you are testing a recovery of PC1?
Or are you trying to move the AD from PC1 to PC2 permanently?

I used Windows Server 2008 Enterprise SP2 on both of servers.
In face, maybe your DC suddenly die. You have to restore on another system.
So I want to know how can I do it?
How and What I have to backup from PC1?
How I can restore to PC 2 from PC1's backup ???

Hope you are restoring the backup sets to identical OS.

Yes, identical OS. But OS in PC2 is new without anything: No domain, no DC, no name like same PC1.... Only Windows Server 2008 SP2

If it is even working, you should rename PC2 to PC1 and try to restore the system state.
BTW: Microsoft advices to install at least two domaincontrollers in your domain !

Try here
If PC2 a permanent server It would proabably be better to have PC2 configured as a "secondary" domain controller. Rather than try to restore the AD to PC2.
