Restore Exchange 2010 items failes

Dear All,
I am using Backup Exec 2010 on Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit SP2
Running Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit.

I am using Backup exec logon account name Veritas Backup Exec.
The Daily backup jo for exchange succeed with no problems, in bakup i am using "GRT" option so i can retore indvidual items.

When I needed to retore some messages to a mailbox, the job failed with the attached job log.
I googled it alot and made sure that the account i am using has the proper Role as mentioned in symntec , check attched screenshot "Symnatec Role"

I dont know where is the problem , I followed all the tips and still the job fails.

Any help??

One of the requirements for backing up an Exchange 2010 server is that the media itself should be atelast Win 2008 x64 or higher.

You can try installing the VirtApi.dll as suggested by the article posted above, though if you are using a 2003 as your media server for Exchange 2010, then its a not a supported config.
