Restore Selections do not show granular level selections after a successful GRTof SharePoint 2010 using Backup Exec 2010 r3

I don't know why cannot restore selections do not show granular level selections after a successful Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) backup to tape of SharePoint 2010 using Backup Exec 2010 r3. It's just happening on last week backup.

Could someone help me please.

Do you see the selection when you duplicated the backup set to disk  ?

...please edit your original question. You've mentioned BE 2010 in the tag and the header, yet say this issue is happening on BE 12.0 (in which case Sharepoint 2007 isn't supported).

Have you ensured that you're on BE 2010 R3 with SP2 and any subsequent patches, and that these have been push-installed to any remote servers you might have.

Any changes in the past week ? Are the IMG folders present at the disk storage & do you receive any error while opening the restore window..and would you pls post the backup job log..
