Restore data from specific storage

i have storage at my primary site where BE server is located. After a backup has run, the data is duplicated to a network storage at the DR site.

I realise that when i want to restore data to a location on the primary site, it picks the data from the DR site. The restore process does not allow me to chose to restore from a backup on the primary.

Is this configurable? What is the work around to restore from a backup on the primary storage?

What can i do for my restores to come from my primary storage?

In the restore Wizard, choose following option:

Click Next and select the backup set:

Click Next, following option allows you to choose the copy (primary/duplicate)

thanks for the information, i will check this out. I did search for those options, but did not find them.

Are the snapshots from a BE 16 console or from a BE2015 verstion. I am using 2015.
