Restore of System State fails with Final Error 0xe00084af

I have a server that I have completely reinstalled and have then booted into DSR mode and attempted to restore the System State, I ahve done this before  on other server and it has worked, but this time I get this error:

Final error: 0xe00084af - The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed." when Backup Exec 10.0 and Continuous Protection Server (CPS) are installed on the same server.

I ahve all of the backup exec services started as local admin and the resource credentials are also local admin.

Any ideas?

It is an SBS 2011 server.

when Backup Exec 10.0 and Continuous Protection Server (CPS) are installed on the same server.

I hope this is a mistake because BE 10 does not support SBS 2011 Server.

I have completed this System State restore using the same media and software / OS before and it worked without any problems?
