Restore virtual machine to SAN mode: operation system not found

I have a media Server BE 2010 R3 on the windows 2008 x64.

I have the VMware infrastructure with SAN in FC.

I have run a policy VM Backup for Full backup and differential backup Strategy whit 'transport mode: SAN'.

I have scheduled a Full backup at Saturday and other day's the differential backup.

if I restored the Full backup in 'transport mode: SAN' ... message "Clear lazy zero" is repeated in VMware vCenter task .

The restore job finish without errors but if I run the virtual machine I have the error: operation system not found.

if I restore VM in transport mode NBD the VM run without error.

same for the differential restore

I have several VM's also TB and the restore in NBD is not for me.

what could be the problem?

There is some issues Identified with SAN transport Mode communication.

After restoring a virtual machine using SAN transport mode that was backed up to a tape device using AVVI the virtual machine may not boot or may blue screen during the boot process

 http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH173567

Please use NBD mode as an alternate.

Short of SAN snapshots, until VMware fixes their API, Symantec is doing the right thing in removing the feature via a HF/patch
