Restoring mail items after an incremental back with BE2010 R3

Hi,

I have a Dell backup appliance using BE 2010 R3. I have an Exchange 2003 server that I back up with the agent. When I do an incremental backup, the backup grabs the log files only (which the software setting states it will do). If mailbox items are changing (like getting new email in your inbox that day) why doesn't BE backup those emails?My question is, how do I recover mailbox items that have changed from an incremental backup?

Use policy based full and daily differential, Exch backups to disk

you would be able to get GRT restores ( restore individual e-mail from daily backups).

 

In case of DR of exch server. full + all incrementals....will restore everything

till date of last incremental backups.
