Robotic Library Off line

584500285
Not applicable
Customer complained lately that his Robotic Library was Offline. Rebooted everything and made 1 successfull backup. Now problem came back.
Installed SP2 for BE 9.1 and problem became worse. Now I have errors 58053 and 58066 in my event log after reboot and library still reports off line.
With IE browsed to library and did some tests >> all OK.
