Backup Failure

We have been doing backup since past 2 month. I set it to run twice/week. Recently the backup is failing with this message:
Job failed Backup0001The job failed with the following error. The directory is invalid

Does not make any since I have “ Failed ” message for the past 5 times.
What needs to bee done?
