Rollback to 2010 R3 after completed 2012 upgrade

Is it possible to rollback to Backup Exec 2010 R3 after a completed 2012 upgrade.  I am having lots of problems with my converted jobs and disk space.  If possible please give me a link or place to start.

Could be possible if you have a copy of your 2010 R3's data & catalog folders...

this would involve uninstalling BE 2012, install 2010 R3, import the data & catalogs, uninstall 2012 remote agents & install the 2010 agents...
