Running BE on a domain controller

What is the recommendation of running BE 12.0 on a Windows 2003 domain controller? Are there any issues in doing this?

There are not known issue when Backup Exec is installed on DC.

I can confirm that it works just fine.
If you have a big organisation where the domain controllers and the BE media server might be very busy it might affect performance, however, having BE on a DC makes disaster recovery very easy, as both BE and your first DC are restored at the same time.
