SQL Database Backup.

How can I take backup of MSSQL Database that insatlled on a standalone machine from another machine which installed Veritas Backupexec..

Whe I am trying to access that machine throuch user defined I can get only the drives not getting the option for SQL server.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.
