When I'm tring to install Backup exec for first time in my windows 2003 server it is showing this error messege as attached JPG.

Browse to C:\Doc & settngs\Application data\Symantec\Backup Exec\Logs
Open BKUPINST.htm and check the error message in RED.

Hi,
I've had this before and resolved it in 1 of 2 ways:
1. Manual upgrade/installation of SQL Express, and then running the BE installation/upgrade again.
2. Disabling any running antivirus and running the installation again.

I've checked this is the error messege "11-23-2011,16:27:51 : V-225-53: ERROR: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 1603. ***To search for information about this error, click here" in red colour.
