I have a CASO with 2 SSO connected. All at same version Backup Exec 12.5 and running Windows 2003.
1 of the SSO is behind firewall and whenever the server restarts, the backup services will not start up properly.
Manual start up the backup services are OK.
Is there anything that can help resolve this issue? Is it due to the firewall that's delaying the SSO communication to the Primary server e.g. the central database syncing?
The other SSO which is not behind a firewall is working fine. After manually start up the backup services, the backups are running fine.
