Scheduled task to run inventory failes

I have setup a scheduled task that runs an inventory before the backup runs, this has been working now for over a year and has all of a sudden stopped working. This is the command I run in the batch file...

cd c:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\NT
BEMCMD -o103 -a"DELL Changer"

the strange thing is it will run after a re-boot but will only runs once, when I run it again this is the error that I get.

Hi,

Run an extensive database repair of the Backup exec database:

1. Repair Database

NOTE: follow till step 5 and then after that right click the server name on the right hand pane of BEUtility and perform the following operations
2. Rebuild database Indices
3. Compact Database
4. Age Database
5. Check Database Consistency
