Second problem - backup Domino database and NLO listings - BE 2010 R2

like I promise - here come my second problem (the same was on 2010 version)
hope new version help me - but the same problem :(

I've few Domino databases which is using DAOS - those databases is containig vital data for my firm (this is our own solution for CRM and all stuff around - like any correspondence in and out our company, any customer activity, specially design fo customer web services etc)

there is a few DAOS directories with NLO files

I've read right there about key in registry - so I've changed

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SYMANTEC\BACKUP EXEC FOR WINDOWS\BACKUP EXEC\ENGINE\DOMINO

value for
DAOS listnlomode to 3

even tried
DAOS listnlo timeout to 600000

but always got the same (please look below)




even tried any way to use OPTIONS - AdvancedOPen Files


still no result 


worst thing is I cannt stop working Lotus Domino at any hour at day even at night ...

in DAOS catalog are above 315 thousands of nlo files

I am installing R2 today...but have been having the same problem.

I will let you know if I have any different results.

I am looking at other backup alternatives.....

(Server: "BACKUPSRV") (Job: "Friday Full Notes") Friday Full Notes -- The job failed with the following error: The Lotus Domino server failed to specify the NLO files that one or more Lotus Domino databases refer to. On the Lotus Domino server, resync the DAOS catalog, and then try the operation again.

Wonder how to troubleshoot this problem?  It takes 4 hours to cycle through to see if there is any change....
