Service wont start after install

I have recently installed backup exec 9.1. After the install the Backup exec service will not start and hangs in a starting mode. I have tried a repair install and a fresh install and the service still refuses to start. Are there any other factors here that would effect the services from running?

Did you created and configured the appropriate accounts which BE uses to run its services and performs backups ?

Hello,

What is the error message that you receive:
1.Please try creating a new Backup Exec account with the domain admin rights now try running these services using this account except the service remote agent for windows server which uses LSA.
Then observe the result.

2.Please try doing repair database with the help of the technote below:
