Services could not start after change the server name

I having a problem to start Symantec Backup Exec services after change the server name e.g from WBSVR01 to APPSVR01 and the IP address also change.
I already restart all backup services for windows but the problem still persists.

Please assist me on this matter.

Hello

You must update Backup Exec info with the Backup Exec Utility. Go to \BEUtility.exe.

In the console, go to your media server, right-click it and select Update media server information.

That should do the job.
