Services don't start automatically after upgrading to BE 12.5

I upgraded from BE 12.0 to 12.5 today and noticed that the only service that starts when the computer boots is "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems". They are all set to start automatically but none of the others do. I am able to start them manually. Any ideas?

Are there any errors or events from the Backup Exec services in your event viewer application log?
